SASAAB
Sasaab Lodge is one of the most stylish and luxurious game lodges in Northern Kenya. Overlooking the Ewaso Nyiro river in the heart of Samburu land, the lodge is comprised of nine individually detached rooms with huge thatched roofs and canvas sides with sensational views down the river and over the bush and beyond. Each room has its own plunge pool.
JOY’S CAMP
An elegant oasis in the arid lands of Samburu; Joy’s Camp is built on the site of Joy Adamson’s tented home in Shaba National Reserve. Each of the 10 sumptuous tents is uniquely decorated with Boran/Somali cloth design, handmade glass and the vibrant fabrics of the local nomadic tribes creating a chic, sophisticated and stylish camp. The pool here is an oasis in this dry landscape.
ELEPHANT BEDROOM CAMP
Set on the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River in Samburu National Reserve surrounded by doum palms and other beautiful indigenous trees and shrubs sits this small and exclusive camp of 12 luxury tents - all furnished in rustic African style while offering all the comforts expected of a luxury Camp.
SAMBURU INTREPIDS
This luxurious tented lodge offers 30 modern and newly refurbished tents with a private view over the wildlife-rich riverbanks. All the tents are large and spacious under palm-thatched roofs with netted screens to allow for the river breeze to keep them cool and give you stunning views of the land that is Samburu. Great for families and adventure club for children.
LARSENS
There are 20 free standing luxurious tented accomodations each with a private balcony.
All tents are discreetly sited along the west bank of the Uaso Nyiro River with the result that the tents are bathed with light at sunrise.
SARUNI SAMBURU
Saruni Samburu is a ‘design’ lodge located 7km north of Samburu National Reserve, in Kenya’s wild north. Its four rooms and large swimming pool overlook several waterholes where the famous Samburu elephant, leopard, reticulated giraffe, Oryx and Grevy’s zebra gather to drink.
